Howdy awesome people, here’s a little info about Marlie’s, we won’t dribble on but if you’re interested, read on to get some idea of who the hell we are….

Both Jules and Mark are chefs and have worked their asses off within the food world for a long time. For the past 25 years Mark has worked with some top chefs and restaurants, also for a large corporate doing some sales and marketing stuff for the food service industry. Julie as a retail and development chef leading a culinary team and cooking up a storm for a huge global food business. She kicked butt in that job!
After driving around California in a big old truck in the US summer of 2015, we came across some inspiring stuff and that kick started the Marlie’s machine!

There is nothing like Marlie’s anywhere. Who else will ask you for a kick in the face? (that’s us being cheeky if you want Jalapenos added)
We cook like a boss! One of our most popular menu items is the 16-hour American BBQ Texan bourbon barrel smoked brisket, smashed together with big Asian flavours and fresh salad ingredients, then loaded in either a fresh crispy bun, California taco wrap, hawker salad or rice super bowl.
Everything is made fresh without compromise. Our fillings and sauces are crafted in house. When you rock into Marlie’s, you can catch our team chopping fresh ingredients in front of your face. Nothing premade out of a bag!

We always accommodate everyone’s requests and give out free hugs to anyone no problems. Sorry we are such huggers and love our awesome customers a lot!
